'05 Ford Mustang

2005 Ford Mustang is all new with retro styles that were borrowed from the Mustang muscle cars of the 1960’s.

The GT model has a 300-horsepower V-8 engine. For those who want the stylish look of the Mustang without the power, a V-6 engine is available.

Able to seat four people, the Mustang comes with power windows and locks, and a CD/AM/FM stereo. Satellite radio is optional on this model. Air condition is standard. Navigation system is optional. Because of the low price, leather is not available on this model.

The convertible has the classic look of the old Mustang convertibles. The chassis is much stronger than the regular Mustang to accommodate the extra turbulence that the convertible can cause to the chassis. The options and standard equipment remain the same.

Like the “Ponies” of the past, the 2005 Ford Mustang is still capable of high performance and great looks.

2005 Ford Mustang

The 2005 Ford Mustang marks the beginning of the fifth generation for the Ford Mustang and has now been around for over 40 years.

This year’s Ford Mustang features the completely redesigned D2C platform with improved cosmetics for the interior as well as exterior, retaining the Mustangs status as America’s Muscle Car.

The base engine is now a 4.0L V-6 Cast Iron Block producing 210HP 240FTLB of torque which is mated to either a 5-speed manual or 5-speed automatic transmission.

The performance-tuned 2005 Ford Mustang GT features a 4.6L V-8 pushing 300HP and 320FTLB of torque equipped with a 5-speed manual or 5-speed automatic transmission. Both engines route power to the rear-wheels which sits the Mustang on 107” wheel-base tires.
